Discrete, Personal Approach
In addition to those properties advertised on the website, we also have a number of instructions for discrete marketing. If you are looking for a specific type of property, it may be that we are able to introduce you to a property that is not being actively marketed.
Quite simply we believe in taking a highly personal approach to matching people and property. Whilst we regularly advertise within selected property publications, a large proportion of our business is through referral and personal recommendation. Many of our sales have occurred without the property being formally advertised or in some cases even reaching the market.
